■当店は2回転制です。①18:00ドアオープン、18:10一斉スタート②20:00ドアオープン、20:10一斉スタートとなります。
■メニューは9,900円（税込、コースと、アミューズブーシュにあわせた3杯のミニペアリング）となります。アルコールをご希望でないお客様は、ソフトドリンクに変更も可能です。
■完全予約制、料理は皆様同時進行です。ご到着が遅れました場合も終了時間は皆様と同じとなりますこと、予めご了承ください。
■月替わりのゲストシェフが直々に腕を振るい、おもてなしするスペシャルデイは、+3,000円/人を頂戴いたします。
■ご予約当日のキャンセルや人数変更の場合はキャンセル料100％をご請求させていただきますため、ご予約の変更等はお早めにご連絡ください。
■当日のご予約をご希望の場合は、☎ 050-1807-5236までお電話ください。(お返事、留守電対応は14時以降となります）
■食物アレルギーをお持ちの方はお連れ様の分もあわせてご予約時にお知らせください。できる限りご対応させていただきます。

■Duration of our experience is 2 hours, (1) Doors open at 18:00 and the exerience starts at 18:10. (2) Doors open at 20:00 and the exerience starts at 120:10.
■The menu is 9,900 yen (course and 3 mini-pairings to accompany the amuse bouche). If you do not take alcohol, we can switch to soft drink mini-pairings.
■Reservations are required and the dishes will be served at the same time for everyone. Please note that even if you arrive late, the end time will be the same as everyone else.
■Special days, when an invited chef of the month will welcome you and cook in front of you will be available for an additional ¥3,000/person.
■If you cancel or change the number of guests on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee.
